The account manager is responsible for providing an exceptional experience to our clients at all times. He works closely with the account director to ensure high-quality service for our clients.<\/p>\n<p>Burrowes Insurance Brokers, a rapidly growing family-owned business recognized as one of the industry\u2019s leaders, is seeking an Account Manager in trucking insurance to join our team in Boucherville.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Your Day-to-Day<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the liaison between the account director and the insurer to ensure that the transaction process is efficient and thorough<\/li>\n<li>Manage the case and stay informed of the progress at each stage in order to support the account director when he is in a client meeting<\/li>\n<li>Provide an optimal customer experience while ensuring compliance with the standards and policies of the firm and the insurers with which it does business<\/li>\n<li>Build lasting relationships with clients and insurers to facilitate account placements<\/li>\n<li>Assist the account director with all administrative tasks<\/li>\n<li>Create client records in internal systems, issue insurance certificates, process and track updates for renewal, and submit change requests to insurers<\/li>\n<li>Prepare service proposals or any other documents deemed relevant for presenting and following up on the case<\/li>\n<li>Participate in negotiating premiums and coverage in collaboration with the account director<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What would help<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a college certificate (AEC) in insurance or its equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Hold a valid AMF license in commercial insurance<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of written and spoken French<\/li>\n<li>Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using computer software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>A plus<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>At least one year of experience in auto and commercial insurance<\/li>\n<li>Functional written and spoken English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>What we offer<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14.4px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits<\/li>\n<li>An employee experience at the heart of Burrowes\u2019 values<\/li>\n<li>Personal time bank<\/li>\n<li>Work location: Boucherville<\/li>\n<li>On-site gym<\/li>\n<li>Accessible and collaborative team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, please send your resume to : <a href=\"mailto:rh@burrowes.ca\"><strong>rh@burrowes.ca<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<em>Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.<br \/>\n<\/em>The masculine form has been used solely to simplify the text.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ACCOUNT MANAGER &#8211; TRUCKING INSURANCE Reporting to the director, the account manager plays a key role in managing insurance policies.
